Great place with lots to do. Rooms were very nice and a view of the ocean one side and the bay on the other I loved that. Elevators could be better, larger or one or two more. Hard to fit beach wagons and luggage carts and people on them. But we did it. Made lots of wonderful memories there
Mary is the best, Rose is so fun, it is our second home! We go every 2 to 3 weeks all summer and 6 to 10 times in the fall and winter. Great for kids of all ages!
Bed bugs! Had to do an emergency check out. And not just a few... beds were completely infested and sheets were blood stained. Horrible!
Had a great stay this week. Clean rooms and always seen people cleaning and fixing any issues. Housekeepers we're great. Cleaned and changed out towels everyday. And always something going on for the kids to do.
Best thing around, We were not supposed to get ocean views but we did. It was so amazing there. Like omg!
Excellent workers,beautiful condo (1610),very clean,great service everywhere you go in the hotel! Absolutely pleased with my first trip to this hotel and definitely be returning in the future! Thank you Carousel!
Every thing you need is with in walking distance and on the hotel
The ice show was fantastic...we are outside and food was delicious hot n service Good... Will go back for a tiki bar experience.�
