I went to CDJR OF Tuscaloosa to have my passenger air bag replaced and when I left I had a big,deep scratch on my dash. Also the weather seal stripping was not put back on flange around door. So when I left and washed my truck the whole passenger side had water everywhere inside.

AVOID! I stopped here headed to Hattiesburg MS last Wednesday for Thanksgiving because my transmission was over heating and they told me they couldn’t do anything because they were closing at 2. Wouldn’t offer assistance in any form or fashion. So I limped my truck to Johnson CDJR in Meridian and they were so kind and helpful had me a loaner truck to drive and had mine fixed Friday. So my advice is bypass Carlock and go straight to Meridian or to Stokes in Clanton Al.
