Worst service department I have ever done business with, my vehicle has been there almost a month with no calls or information and when I went to check on my vehicle they told me it would be ready that day, it’s been a week since that day and still no information no calls or anything. They didn’t offer a loaner vehicle vehicle or anything while they have my vehicle, simply unprofessional.

First time getting my oil changed and tires rotated here. With free WiFi and waiting area, what was supposed to be 45 min didn’t seem long at all.
It use to be a great place to go to. I dropped my car off there going on 2 weeks ago. Still waiting on parts to be delivered. I need my car. When you call no answer and you leave a message no returned calls. I called parts department and they gave my name and number and guess what..I got a call back...finally. Monday is starting 2 weeks without my car. Isnt that kind of a long time? And another thing..I have bumper to bumper warranty...why do they always ask me if I have the 800 number.
