These people absolutely refuse to give decent service. I highly recommend not to use this dealership
Absolute terrible service department with no loyalty to repeat customers! You can't get in touch with anyone they dont follow up, they don't listen. I had to have a vehicle towed in, call beforehand and listed the issues and none of them were even addressed. The vehicle was supposedly ready so I sent an employee to get it, within an hour he was stranded on the side of the road. STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. On March 14, 2020, g/f’s son had the thermostat replaced on a 2015 dodge dart at Carlock in Tuscaloosa. Next day he drove the vehicle home to central IL. Upon his arrival I immediately noticed the car smelled like hot coolant. After letting the car cool overnite, it was obvious why. The coolant reservoir was bone dry, a puddle of coolant under the car right under the thermostat, and the t-stat gasket clearly leaking.
