I wouldn’t recommend no one to come here as far as services goes. They have screwed me over tremendously. Collin and Devon. So many excuses and lies. I cannot get in touch with a general manager to discuss my issues. My mom will be contacting her attorney this afternoon and will be suing carlock.
Timely professional service.
I was looking under my Dodge Caliber one day, and I saw my K-frames were rusted. I looked online, and I saw this is a common problem; I also saw Chrysler carries a ten year extended warranty on them. Knowing I had other recalls on it anyway, I called Carlock and told them my troubles. My recalls were fixed right away, as the parts were readily available (this was in late May), but the K-frames were not.
