Car lock is currently running a SCAM on everyone in the area. I received a “scratch off” in the mail today. Upon scratching, I found it to say I was a winner. The flyer said to call the event hotline if you were a winner. I called their number at 12:48pm and a young lady informed me that I was the grand prize winner. 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! And we were second in line when they opened this morning!!! I refuse to come here ever again!!
This is the poorest excuse of a dealership that I have ever encountered! Service told us when we dropped off our vehicle that it would take about 5 hours. Ended up being 9 hours and wouldn't even answer the phone or return our call when we left a message. Poor, Poor excuse for a company! Will drive 50 miles to Bessemer next time!
Nobody ever answers the phone in the service dept. And when I showed up for them to check my check engine light on my jeep (which is less than 2 years old and still under warranty) these were their suggestions: 1. Drive for 2 weeks until the next appointment. Like are you trying to kill me, the check engine light is on 2. Leave the car for a few days until they can get to it. With no courtesy car provided.
