This Keller location needs serious customer service training. My niece was treated horribly here. They told her if she did not feel better in a few days to call back for a prescription with no return visit now they will not honor that. She spent a whole day trying to get them to honor their word. They would not call her back she called multiple times in one day and they could not manage to return her call. Now she has to go to another doctor to get help. We completed web checkin waited 2 hours at home then they finally called and said they had a room ready got here waited another hour - then waited 40 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner... all together 5 hour process... ridiculous- I thought that was why web checkin was created so u didn’t sit here feeling crummy and having to wait

My husband did the web checkin at 12:30 and was told it'd be an hour and a half and that they'd call him then. They called him at 3:20 and by this time, he'd already left to go up there cause he's sick and miserable. He was put in a room at 5. 5!!! He could've been home instead of waiting in a germ-infested waiting room. It's 6:20 and he's still awaiting strep results in the room. This place is a joke. web check in at 10:30am. called at 1:00pm told them I had to get my son at 3:30pm. Was told I would be seen and taken care of. Made it to a back room at 3:00pm. Walked out at 3:35. Was told o was about to be seen. NoT A Happy customer at all.

I DO NOT recommend this place. I went last December and found out I had bladder infection. They told me after I finish meds, i need to come back in for follow up. I asked when I finished meds if I come back in if it’s a fee and they said no. Fast forward to a month later, I received a bill for 180 bucks. I disputed the charge and no one has got back to me. The wait time is HORRIBLE. No explanations as to why. Just bad.
From walking in to walking out, over 4 hours with a sick kid. Spent over an hour waiting in the exam room for the doctor, waited another 30 mins for nurse so we could check out. Ridiculous.
The web check in is useless. Once I arrived I waited 2 hours and left. No one came in to say anything about the wait or update me.
