Web check in- Great Vitals, Nasal swab- less than 15 minutes. Over an hour wait for the Dr who never came in...Nurse handed me paperwork to check results online. Frankly could’ve been given to me after swab.

I had oxygen level of 92%. Just from cvs mi Ute clinic . Care now took me back immediately and assessed me. They were kind professional and personable. Problem in care now can’t take my Medicare or Tricare insurance. Luckily I do have bcbs. Very pleased with exceptional service

Pretty unbelievable!! We web-checked in was told they were about an hour and a half behind. finally got a call didn’t wait long in the waiting room since they only had one other person in there waiting... it was when we got put into a room. Have been here for over TWO HOURS. Finally after an hour someone came to look at my daughter said they needed ex rays took another 30 minutes for that.
