RecommendedWent to this Care now in Keller yesterday afternoon. Great experiences. Checked in online, did my paperwork at home and then got a call to come over. Was in and out in 30-40 minutes and the staff was professional, friendly, and efficiency. Really appreciated being taken care of that quickly late on a Sun afternoon after Christmas. Would definitely recommend
Awesome staff and very prompt
Walked in at scheduled time , waited short period , doctor looked at my leg never touched it did any vital just immediately said I needed to go to the ER . Now getting a bill for a long appt I was in the place for less then 15 minutes total from walking in and now getting a bill for almost $200 for basically a referral. Could have told me on the phone no ultrasound machine and we wouldn’t have even walked in . Appreciate the referral but not a long appointment and worth almost $200 . If you do web check in it still takes over an hour once you arrive at the office!
I enjoyed the fastest care from this Care Now than any other Care Now facility. Doctor V. Was awesome. He understood what I was saying and took the time to fully understand. The medication he prescribed was too strong for me(read here knocked me out for about 4 days) but he sent in another prescription when I called. Staff was very pleasant.

I week will never go back to this place again, DONE! You check in by website so you don't have to wait and you still wait nearly two hours and the doctor will ask questions but does not let you finish answering before they interrupt you with another question
Title: Could it possibly be a common cold? What's the point in web check-in if you still have to wait over an hour in the waiting area? Who knows how long I'd have been there if I stayed. I walked out and will find somewhere else for me and my family from now on.
