Had to take my daughter in with a very high fever and because her fever was so high (103.8) they put her through quicker. It made a big difference and I was very happy with the service.
I had a 3hour wait for them to see me for about 5 min
This place should be named Care Not. Went in at 2pm & waited for 30 minutes. There were 2 other people waiting to get in & the girl told me it would be up to 2 hours wait. She said I could leave & they would call me when it was my turn. I never heard from them so I called at 5pm inquiring how much longer. She out me on hold to check & then came back on line stating there were 4 people ahead of me and it would be another 30 min to an hour. What?? I won't ever go back to this place & do not recommend you waste your time.
Today I waited 2 hours in the waiting room because I was a walk-in even though I was I'm a workers comp case an they try to get you faster got that. I was in examine room for 2 hours !!! It took an hour to get my X-ray done!! I'm very disappointed!!!
Been here many times and always had a good experience, but today had to take the time to write a review because the staff really went above and beyond. Excellent care and easy to make an appointment. Highly recommend!
