Always get you in, polite staff and good doctors.
Needed pre-employment drug screening and the staff was extremely efficient and friendly! Will definitely recommend for future medical issues!
Called in due to COViD symptoms, requested to be seen for prescription of symptoms congestion, fever and cough. “Nurse” was very rude and refused to even make an appointment and rather have me go to an ER “because of symptoms. She did not bother to probe beyond fever. Didn’t ask how long or when did you start. Very unprofessional and rather than deal with me sent me away. I went here to get a Covid test with a referral from my doctor (who I saw earlier today) then went here and the receptionist was very snappy and was talking over me. The doctor and nurse were very friendly but then had to pay $350 office visit after having already seen my family doctor. Do not go here. The “free Covid test” is a scam. If you need a test just wait and go somewhere else where they just do the test.

Didn’t tell me that they did not accept my insurance. Got a big bill from them. I had to pay ALL of the charges out of my Own pocket. They would not work with my insurance at all.

Very professional and pleasant.
Would not recommend. Told 5-7 days for test results and 10 days later still waiting. Not willing to refund my co-pay or even call to check on lab results for me. The only thing they have to say is it's not our fault it's the lab. Well I gave my co-pay to you that is why I asked you to call the lab and check on the results. Go somewhere else.
