I placed an order on line from Carbon Klean on 12/12/2017. The site said I would receive the order in time for Christmas. My credit card was charged instantly and I received a confirmation email right away. Since then I have sent them 4 emails requesting the status of my order....but have NEVER heard back from them. My Peeps broke after just 10 days and so mentioned that on their ** page. Almost immediately they contacted me offering me a new pair, all I did was provide them my order info and a new pair was sent right away. Jean was a great person to work with and I am very impressed with the company now.
I placed an order on 12/8 that was not delivered and the company stopped responding to my e-mails. It is now 9:20 pm on 12/25 and I have just received an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled at my request. I certainly did not make any such request. Supposedly, my credit card has been refunded. I am not holding my breath. If there were a zero rating, that is what I would give.
I placed an order for 8 CarbonKlean Peeps on December 10th, 2017. It is now the 22nd and my order was not even shipped. I ordered over $100 of the products from this company a month ago and have yet to get them. I have emailed the company twice and have gotten ZERO communication in return. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
I, like many others, ordered off their website and never received my order. I attempted to contact the company via email, website, and telephone and never received a response.
The Merchant never delivered the products I purchased and failed to respond to multiple inquiries regarding my order.
Do not order from Carbonklean! I placed an order 5-11-17 and have not received. They said they have no proof of my order but the money was taken from my bank account. I sent them 3 different proof of payment. They still say no proof.
I did an order for 9 Peeps glasses cleaners for $99.39 on 12/11. On 12/17, I still had received no items so I sent them an email asking for tracking information and an order status update. On December 19th, I received an email back saying my products had shipped, but no tracking information was provided. Purportedly, I was to receive them in 2-4 days.
