My story echoes those of almost every other post: I placed a large order well before Christmas based on their advertising that, if placed by the date of my order (12/16), I would receive by Christmas. Not only were the products not delivered, but my account was CHARGED when the order was PLACED rather than when it was SHIPPED. This company is also horribly unresponsive to email inquiries and no one answers the phone but rather you receive a voice mail directing you to their unresponsive email site. DISGUSTED!!!!
I placed an order on line from Carbon Klean on 12/12/2017. The site said I would receive the order in time for Christmas. My credit card was charged instantly and I received a confirmation email right away. Since then I have sent them 4 emails requesting the status of my order....but have NEVER heard back from them. My Peeps broke after just 10 days and so mentioned that on their ** page. Almost immediately they contacted me offering me a new pair, all I did was provide them my order info and a new pair was sent right away. Jean was a great person to work with and I am very impressed with the company now.
I placed an order on 12/8 that was not delivered and the company stopped responding to my e-mails. It is now 9:20 pm on 12/25 and I have just received an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled at my request. I certainly did not make any such request. Supposedly, my credit card has been refunded. I am not holding my breath. If there were a zero rating, that is what I would give.
I placed an order for 8 CarbonKlean Peeps on December 10th, 2017. It is now the 22nd and my order was not even shipped. I tried to contact the company several times via the email that provided for questions over the span of a week and a half I sent 3 emails and did not get any replied to any of them. I ordered over $100 of the products from this company a month ago and have yet to get them. I have emailed the company twice and have gotten ZERO communication in return. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.
I, like many others, ordered off their website and never received my order. I attempted to contact the company via email, website, and telephone and never received a response.
The Merchant never delivered the products I purchased and failed to respond to multiple inquiries regarding my order.
Do not order from Carbonklean! I placed an order 5-11-17 and have not received. They said they have no proof of my order but the money was taken from my bank account. I sent them 3 different proof of payment. They still say no proof.
