I bought two pairs of these eye glass cleaners. One of them broke and after notifying the company they got right back to me and are sending me a replacement. I have found that these work very well and I have recommended them to others some of which have bought them also, I like them very much....
This is an amazing little gadget! I ordered a 2pack from QVC and gave one to my adult son. I plan buying several more sets for Christmas gifts. The only thing that cleans my glasses and doesn’t leave a film .
This product is an excellent product. It cleans off the greasy film that develops when my special coating on my glasses get dirty. I gave this product as Christmas gifts to my co-workers last year.
This is the best eyeglass cleaner bar none. This better than washing your glasses with soap and water. I would still get streaks from drying. Gave one to all my friends for Christmas. They love it also.

My family loves the “peeps” from CarbobKlean, we order several a year and we received a faulty one. I contacted the company and had an immediate response. They replaced the bad one immediately. Great service!!!
My experience is like most of the others, ordered several items, CC charged, repeated emails and phone calls have been unanswered. I am contacting my CC company to reverse the charge.
Very positive experience. I had one of their glass cleaners that had a pad come loose. I contacted the company via email, and they are sending me a new one. No hassles. Very easy to resolve.
Placed order on 12/15. When I still hadn't gotten my product I sent an email on 12/28. The next day I got an email that shipment was being prepared with a tracking number. Since then there has been no change to the package tracking and I haven't received anything. They charged when order was placed, not when shipped. Emailed them 4 times and no reply.
