Very bad experience. Order paid but never received. Many emails to the company, no response. After one month I received an email saying that I canceled my order, which ic totally false, and my order was reimbursed. All my emails were requesting my order. I still have to verify if they really reimburse my money.

I ordered carbonkleans and they are solo great! Those peeps are easy to use clean your glasses extremely well, and you can even carry them in your pocket. I just placed another order so I can put them with some friends birthday gifts.

I too initially had problems with CarbonKlean, as I ordered for pre-Christmas delivery, and had not heard anything back. However, they responded to a Facebook post of mine within 2 hours, and had found my order and provided me information showing that it was in transit and to be delivered the next day. They apologized profusely and said it was due to higher demand than anticipated that deliveries were taking so long, they also refunded my shipping costs back as well as a gesture of goodwill. I received outstanding service from CarbonKlean. I had ordered several items from their website for a last minute Christmas gift and needed fast delivery in order to mail them to my friend. I contacted CarbonKlean through Messenger on their Facebook page and received an immediate response with the representative informing me that she would expedite shipping for me. The Peeps product is the best. From a person of the male gender that has been diagnosed with Dirty Glasses syndrome, Peeps has helped me overcome this terrible habit. After 3 months of use, one of the pads came undone, contacted customer support thru the Facebook page, a replacement is on its way.

I first learned about the product I ordered (PEEPS) from CarbonKlean on ********. I placed my order on cyber Monday (November 23, 2017). I received and email confirming my order the same day. Unfortunately I cannot comment on their "Peep" product inasmuch as I have not received my order, which was placed on 12/10/17. On 12/29/17 I finally received a confirmation on my order and also a tracking number, but as of 1/3/18 my order has not been sent to the USPS so I have nothing to track. This is the worst company for customer service that I have ever encountered. Email responses from the company are computer generated so there is no person to speak with directly. Don't waste your money with this company.

My story echoes those of almost every other post: I placed a large order well before Christmas based on their advertising that, if placed by the date of my order (12/16), I would receive by Christmas. Not only were the products not delivered, but my account was CHARGED when the order was PLACED rather than when it was SHIPPED. This company is also horribly unresponsive to email inquiries and no one answers the phone but rather you receive a voice mail directing you to their unresponsive email site. DISGUSTED!!!!
