Aware that counterfeits were being sold on ******, I ordered directly from the company's website (which has NO tracking information options). I received no confirmation of the order, but they DID manage to get paid by my credit card company. No response to a form I submitted on their website, a direct email and two voicemails to find out about my order. I then called the Credit Card company and reported it as fraud. I finally got through to someone via ******** *********, and they couldn't have cared less.
Amazing customer service through Facebook Messenger. There was a real person who cared and was able to problem solve for my unique situation.
I have become a huge fan of carbonklean llc. I not only have two eye glass cleaner but I also have the iPad screen cleaner. I contacted them about a warranty. They have a 60 day warranty but they are replacing mine! I was out of the warranty period. They are a great company and great customer service.
Had an issue with a Peeps lens cleaner product. Contacted the companie via Facebook. They responded very quickly and handled my issue. Im a happy customer.
I received our 6 peeps all in good condition. I think the biggest issue for us was not knowing the delivery times and how they were going to ship them. We live on the west coast in Canada and placed our order Jan.30,2018 and received them Feb.20,2018. They sent them through USPS. They sent a us a tracking number and we were able to follow the delivery. Were ok with that now that I know the process. I will just allow about 3 to 4 weeks delivery. Will order again from them.
Mine fell apart in 2 months. They gave me a prompt replacement .
It took 6 weeks and many communications with the business to get a replacement for a defective product. Email went unanswered. They prefer to communicate via Facebook Messenger, however messages went unanswered for many days. Then the promised replacement didn't arrive and excuses were made about the hand-off to another person. In all fairness, although I believe they TRIED to provide good customer service, they failed.
Ordered mine on Jan 7/18 still haven't received them Feb 3rd I have emailed them asking when I can expect them and no answer what's the phrase "take your chances" ?
I bought two pairs of these eye glass cleaners. One of them broke and after notifying the company they got right back to me and are sending me a replacement. I have found that these work very well and I have recommended them to others some of which have bought them also, I like them very much....
