I placed an order Dec 23rd and it has never shipped. Multiple attempts to get information have been ignored. Their contact us button at the bottom of the order confirmation does not work. Don't bother calling the 800 number on the website. All very fishy.
They have a good product, but their shipping cost is way out of line for this product. I canceled my order with them within 30 minutes of placing the order, but they sent it anyway. Now I have to go thru the whole process of returning the item. I am really upset with their business ethics and could cuss up a storm. This is just plain wrong!!Sincerely, **********************
Product came very quickly, and I received a follow up email from the company to ensure my package was received and loved! Will be purchasing more products in the future.
Replacement pads don't fit I ordered replacement pads for my Peeps through Amazon. The product that I received is from Carbon Klean, which made the product. They do not fit. When I removed the pads from the Peeps I had purchased last Christmas, I discovered that the hole that the pad needs to fit on is much larger than the one in the replacement pads.I have contacted Carbon Klean repeatedly by email and voice mail since nobody picks up. Company is dishonest! They do not advise you that the product will not work on make up or lotion, two very common contaminants found on women’s classes. It is not until after you use them thatbyou discover that and then they refuse to take the product back and less you pay return shipping. Company stinks product stinks!

I found the products to work great, and the value to be very good. My products arrived fairly quick, though when we’re all used to Amazon Prime, nothing seems fast.

I have use their products for two or three years now the company I bought it from does not sell them anymore. So I went online to look for them and found them online I placed an order with them and I’m happy to say I got everything I asked for and then some.. I took advantage of special pricing they were offering over the holidays. I bought four of these. Three worked very well but the fourth one did little more than spread the smear around. I contacted the company via their website expecting at least some kind of response (preferably an offer to exchange the bad one). Their response was to simply ignore me. If you buy these, you run the risk of getting a bad product and the company will absolutely not stand behind their products. I recommend avoiding these glasses cleaners.
I purchased 2 products from this company. Based on reviews I looked forward to using them. However when I received them and used them to clean my eyeglasses and my smartphone, it was a disaster. My glasses were a smeared mess. After multiple attempts, I tossed their products in the trash. Their return policy states that they ONLY accept unopened products. Quite a rip-off of $39.98.
