This company will not return emails. I returned order number Order #CK-726912 via **** to the address provided on their website and followed the return instructions. They have not issued a refund. Numerous emails to info @ ************************ are not returned. I will be contacting ******, *******, ******* and any other retail outlets that carry their products to advocate that they no longer use them as a supplier. Sad day when this company wont respond or refund $75!! Do NOT buy from them.
Ordered Carbonclean eyeglass cleaners directly through their website. An outlandish charge was placed on our credit card, much of it "shipping fees". Never received product. There has been no response from many phone calls, and no response from e-mails. Have resorted to filing a complaint with our credit card company. Under no circumstance should anyone use this "ecommerce" entity.*

Product damage my scratch-resistent lenses on first use. Dozens - maybe hundreds - report on Amazon they advertise returns/refunds but won't follow through.

I purchased 2 get one free of the glass cleaners. They do not work as advertised. I tried them on 6 pairs of various glasses: reading and sunglasses. Do not buy as these so called cleaners absolutely do not clean as a spray or cleaning cloth.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This company is a scam operation. Ordered glass cleaner, it claims it is in transit for two weeks. It was being shipped from Tampa Bay, Fl., to Vero Beach, Fl...a 100 miles.. No item, can not get on touch with this company....they do not answer emails... I want a refund.....most likely I will never get that or poor quality eye glass cleaner. Do not do business with this company.*

Said it was delivered but wasn't, I've never had a problem with any deliveries, I contacted them If they don't get back to me will call my credit card company to make stop payment

BEWARE!! I never received my shipment, and several calls and email to CarbonKlean went unanswered. Ultimately, I had to dispute charges with my credit card company to get a refund.
This product is garbage, they didn’t work at all, I reached out to the company and they told me to clean the lenses first before using them…um they’re supposed to clean the lenses They told me I could return them for a refund so I did, they received them back 3 weeks and have not refunded me, nor responded to any of my emails regarding the return
