Food was good. It was a little slow but the restaurant was full and busy. Good atmosphere and view.
Wonderful food (we had to be creative for our sleepy toddler), amazing atmosphere, and friendly staff. Wish I could remember names but my mom loved it, celebrating her 61st wedding anniversary in remembrance of my dad who passed away a month ago.
Quiet and peaceful. Quite beautiful. This is the last day of the "off" season.
The food was great, the service quite good and the ambiance is unique
So the deal here is rustic. Which is ok, BUT, when the main Lodge is pretty much void of guests and there are guests staying next door.. Hmm why is that not great? The walls are thin and when we arrived back from a nice vegan dinner elsewhere (apparently Capt Whidbey does not know vegan cooking) at 10p to a loud chorus of snoring neighbors , well let's say it made it a little tough too sleep.
