I stayed at the Captain Whidbey Inn in September. I loved my room in the lodge with its view of the ocean. The lodge was cozy and warm as was the deck with its outdoor heaters and incredible view. I will be back again! Thanks so much.

Love this place and its unique balance of beauty, nostalgia and hospitality. The beds are comfy, the views are incredible, F&B was delectable and took full advantage of the local farms and forage. There are also a myriad of fun little nooks and special moments to be explored, throughout the Inn and expansive property. Celebrated my husband and I anniversary at Captain Whidbey Inn eating at there restaurant. I ordered the salmon which was very good and my husband ordered a steak which he enjoyed. Only downfall was you have to pay extra for bread before your meal comes and the steak did not come with any starch just asparagus.

A must visit location if you are looking to kick back and take a break; friendly staff, cozy rooms, inviting grounds, and incredible food will help you make memories. I have been visiting the Captain Whidbey Inn off and on for 40 years and will continue to do so as long as I am able..
Wonderful! We enjoyed every moment, the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The view of Penn Cove was exquisitely beautiful. We dined on the deck while watching sailboats, hummingbirds, eagles and sea otters swimming. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our room was clean and cozy.
