RecommendedShout Out to Capitol Subaru! I was a bit anxious going in to buy a brand new car, after 50 years of used cars. Cameron Stinger met us at the door and eased my anxiety with a welcoming smile. He had answers to our questions and if not he found the answer quickly. Other friendly employees helped with the process and we walked out the door with the Ascent we were hoping to get at a price we were happy with. No anticipated pressure either. Take you Cameron and the others.
I was helped on the lot by Andrew, he really knew his stuff and easily answered my fusillade of questions. Signed papers with the very friendly Bruce. We listened to Rush while signing because Neil Peart had just passed away. Great experience at Capitol! Rest In peace Neil.
Every aspect from looking at the potential car to completion of the sale went very smoothly. Cameron Stinger helped my husband and I out and provided exceptional service by being attentive to our needs and being the one to hand keys over to us after we finished the paperwork. I love my new-to-me 2017 Ford Escape and so does my husband! It's the nicest car that I've ever had!
My wife broke down going over the pass. Sunday evening in January. After being towed there, the staff helped her and even drove here to her hotel. Above and beyond. Car is being evaluated. Will update. Thank you for taking care of her.😃
I dont feel like I was the most pleasant person to sell a car to but Kisty Rose keeps insisting otherwise. Kisty and her sales manager have both been in contact with me after my Outback purchase. The level of customer service I have received even weeks after my purchase is world class. Kisty made sure I was pleased with every aspect of my purchase and did a fantastic job making sure all the pieces fell into place perfectly. Thank you Kisty!
Everything went pretty easy, but I think the salesman could have explained some of the technology stuff. We are middle aged and cars have way more technology then 15 years ago when I got truck. The sticker that was on car window showing everything in car, they kept and now I have nothing that tells me what is in car.

Typical shady salesmen. Had been talking with Alex for a week about a car. Had an appt with Alex this morning. Drove an hour for the appt and he had people in office buying it. He sold it right before my appt with no notice to me. Rude and unprofessional. I would never go there again.
