RecommendedRiley was a very good salesperson. He found the exact car I wanted. He took a lot of time to go over everything on my car and I even went back the next day with more questions and he took the time to help me. I would highly recommend asking for Riley at Capitol Subaru in Keizer! The showroom is very comfortable and the service is top notch.
I've contacted Capitol Subaru via the website Friday, Sat, and Sunday about trading in my Lexus and possibly getting a forester. I was supposed to receive a text each time and never did. After the 3rd failed attempt I reached out to a live chat employee who apologized and took down my info for a 4th time. she assured I would receive a text. She also took my email. 4 attempts. Still no response. I guess I'll be heading to Wilsonville. I am truly baffled my the complete lack of customer service.
