Update: Once again, let down by Capitol Subaru. At least they did try to reach out to me and resolve the frustration they have caused me, only to miserably fail. To help ease my frustration, they offered to call the shop that has been doing my work for me and pay my deductible. I gave them the contact info for the shop, and told them when my appointment would be. Justin H went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I came for the day before thru Toyota and they quickly turned me away. I came from Beaverton two days in a row during rush hour traffic and by the time I got there, Justin had everything ready to go and made it super easy! Buying a new/certified used vehicle should not be complicated and Justin made it as simple as possible! Definitely recommend!
