Had my oil change done at Capitol Subaru. Derrick Griffin was quick and professional. With the smoke and ash I wasn’t even sure they would be able to do it. I was pleasantly surprised. Derrick and the techs were finished very quickly and made some recommendations of what’s to come with the maintenance of my Legacy which was extremely appreciated. Definitely go to Capitol Subaru for all your vehicle needs

I went to another Subaru dealership before making the truck down to Salem and guess what? DAN made it so worth it. I got the 2020 Impreza in the red I wanted along with the sport trim! Dudes and Queens - Dan and his team came across a few obstacles as I’m a first time Financer with good but limited credit history, and they put in 150% effort to make this happen for Levi and I. Highly recommend! Customer service is consistently positive. All staff is very friendly. Phone calls are returned in timely manner. Questions are answered with clarity. Subaru is Superb!

Loved the sales experience. However learned they are cheap and drilled holes in the front bumper for the license plate. There is a attachment you can use. They didn’t. Just a poor job of the little things. Expect a new bumper done correctly.
