If I could give my experience at Capitol Subaru more than a 5 I would. John Mendrin was phenomenal and made the whole car buying process easy and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure that I could pick best car to fit my needs. We were so impressed, a family member came back less than a week later to purchase a new Forester from John! Great overall experience.
Andrew Davis and the whole crew were great to work with. Very happy with my 2018 Crosstrek! I don't buy cars very often (the Crosstrek is replacing a 2003 Honda Accord) and am wary of sales environments, but I would recommend Capitol Subaru to anyone.
A HUGE shout out to Capital Subaru who allowed me to sit in their warm service center customer lounge and drink coffee, charge my phone and eat popcorn while awaiting a ride home after my car overheated on the way to Portland this morning and is currently broken down in the Home Depot parking lot. Still waiting for my teenage daughter to awaken(!) to pick me up. My next car is definitely going to be a Subaru!!!
