My salesperson, Andrew, was great! He was so knowledgable about all cars in general and knew the Subarus so well, and he understood and knew the answer to every question. The finance guy was also very personable and helpful. They both deserve 5+ stars. Sadly the sales manager, Jermaine, was the rudest person I've ever met in a business setting and should take some classes in social skills. A HUGE shout out to Capital Subaru who allowed me to sit in their warm service center customer lounge and drink coffee, charge my phone and eat popcorn while awaiting a ride home after my car overheated on the way to Portland this morning and is currently broken down in the Home Depot parking lot. Still waiting for my teenage daughter to awaken(!) to pick me up. My next car is definitely going to be a Subaru!!!

Rafael Vargas is an amazing sales man! Riley was a very good salesperson. He found the exact car I wanted. He took a lot of time to go over everything on my car and I even went back the next day with more questions and he took the time to help me. I would highly recommend asking for Riley at Capitol Subaru in Keizer! The showroom is very comfortable and the service is top notch.
I've contacted Capitol Subaru via the website Friday, Sat, and Sunday about trading in my Lexus and possibly getting a forester. I was supposed to receive a text each time and never did. After the 3rd failed attempt I reached out to a live chat employee who apologized and took down my info for a 4th time. she assured I would receive a text. She also took my email. 4 attempts. Still no response. I guess I'll be heading to Wilsonville. I am truly baffled my the complete lack of customer service.
