First of all, my service writer, Erik Hess was excellent. He did a great job. I had a breakdown 7 hours away from home. I got a quote of approximately $2000.00, and accepted the quote, knowing full well that it was probably high. When I got home my mechanic quoted me $900.00 less. I came to Capitol a couple years ago, and I found a used Subaru that I was pretty excited about. The service history was a little unclear on what issues it had, but overall, it seemed like a decent offer.
