We are very fortunate to have this hospital here in the North Country!
My daughter has been here for 2 hrs already n still waiting....this is a bunch of bull she is in tears with her back n they make her wait in the waiting room. Something really needs to change...

Had knee surgery done yesterday...great experience all around !!
I would advice people, if you want horrible medical care go to 49 Lawrence Ave. Potsdam, NY 13676 and deal with Dr. Duffy, he will give you 5 minutes....Shame on this hospital....
