Can't say enough to thank everyone involved with my care while a patient at CPH. I truly felt like a VIP. The staff is truly a caring, loving bunch. My stay was made less stressful knowing I had these people caring for me.I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
Horrible service. Waited an hour and 45 minutes in outpatient lab and was never kept informed why. Besides myself, there were 2 patients. Busy isn't an excuse.
They know what they are doing and they care about there patience. My hole child life i was in and out of that place to the point they started knowing my name.
had our first experience with Canton Potsdam Hospital yesterday, very impressed with everything from ease of getting around the facility, to the friendliness and professionalism of staff to the orginazation of the department ..wish all facilities took the time to be as efficient and patient oriented!! Thanks for making what could have been a very confusing and stressful experience as easy and pleasant as possible!!!
Loved the people I worked with. I was not a patient but I can tell you that you get the best on labor and delivery.
Went in via ambulance with a fever of 104. Waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes before I was seen then my fever spiked to 106 and it took 20 minutes for a nurse to come see me. Once I was seen by a doctor I was better but the wait is ridiculous
I really can't express enough of how amazing the doctors and staff are here. They treated my mother very well referee her to physicians and just over all went out of there way just to help my mother . I just wanted to say thank you for doing your job and keep it up <3
In January of this year I had a surgery at one of the large hospitals in Syracuse. My post-op care was really good and I considered returning to Syracuse for another needed surgical procedure. As a resident of St Lawrence county and an employee of an local hospital I preferred to stay close to home but wasn't sure if I would receive the same quality of care at a smaller facility with fewer resources. I would like to comment on some things about this hospital first of all my son was sick and he was brought to urgent care and urgent care said he needed to go to the emergency room that they could not help him I then drove him to the emergency room where they did blood work and stated it was a viral infection. And sent him home my son then spiked a fever and started passing out and being lathergic and back to the emergency room again except this time in an ambulance.
