Malcolm R Smith Was a Patient at CPH from 1-1-17 until 1-5-17 Had a very pleasant stay,Not one complaint except for the needles!All the Nurses were great,very polite and helpful always!The food was also very good,I'm in here pretty often with copd,my second Home!Thanks C P H ! And that made my stay Pleasant!

Yesterday Canton Potsdam hospital was able to perform surgery on my wife's fractured wrist. We were originally scedualed for surgery next Wednesday, however they moved up her surgery if we were available to stay into the early evening. This morning she is on the road to recovery. THANK YOU DR HASBEEK AND CPH.

Usually our experiences at Canton-Potsdam Hospital are wonderful, but yesterday, not so much! My husband's appointment for spinal injections in the abulatory surgery ward with Dr.Kuang was at 11:30 am. Earlier in the day he had a patient's procedure go over it's scheduled time by over 2 hours. So we, as well as at least 5 other patients and their families were left to wait. And wait. AND WAIT. I went to cph ER last night. Was busy but very well managed. Complications from a neck fusion. Dr Lorenc and his nurse Mike were excellent. Far above and beyond the norm. My family has had this duo on more than one occasion (four boys lol). Every single time they nail it. Excellent care!!

Nov. 21st we checked in for our 11 year old daughter to have a very rare corrective major surgery for a condition called "Miserable Malalignment Syndrome" which she was born with. It wasn't until 5th grade when she began playing sports, that she started having pain in the ankles, knees & hips due to her bones being severely out of alignment. Doc Haasbeek didn't waste anytime telling us "She needs surgery!" This hospital I firmly believe is going to rival any hospital in NY. The caliber of Doctors and Specialists they are attracting is extremely impressive. And best of all ? Any business / company etc are only as good as their staff. And in that area they shine. As a Lupus warrior ... I am blessed with being Dr Kedar patient . The support system provided by his nurses and staff are not only efficient .. They are sympathetic and understand the meaning of " empathy "...
