I was there yesterday and i would have to say that the man that approached me needs too learn not too say what i am there for infront of everyone in the waiting room.. i was very upset and unprofessional of him... if your a volunteer you still should follow same rules as the paid employees...
The Wait to get into a room was ridiculous!! Once I got back into a room, I was taking care of immediately!! The nurses and the doctors that saw me were very nice and polite!!! A huge shout out to my nurse I had, she was very kind and wonderful and helped me every time I needed her!!! Thank you CPH for taking care of me and putting me back on the road to recovery ❤️❤️
Your ER doctor is a real piece of work! A few years ago he told us what we knew was wrong with our child wasn't - he said we were just assuming he had the same condition as his brother and that some babies just throw up a lot. 3 days later we were rushed by ambulance to Vermont Children's for emergency surgery. Tonight I take my husband in because his BP and HR were running high...it wasn't until I said to my husband in front of some of your staff that I intended to complain that someone FINALLY came into his room and hooked... read more
Well I can say I had EXCELLENT care, the procedure was uncomfortable, and my blood pressure dropped, and they took every precaution for me, and we're absolutely wonderful staff. One man knew I was scared, and came over and held my hand. For that I was so grateful! It was human kindness and caring all the way!!!!
Scheduling a six-year-old for surgery don't make him wait two and a half hours after you tell him half an hour to an hour
I had to have tests done this morning. My morning was made special by thr gentleman at registration. He definitely made my first impression of the hospital a positive one. He is a very caring man. The other staff were compassionate as well but it is the first employee that one comes in contact with that either makes it or breaks it. Thank you
I brought my daughter to this ER after walking out of Massena ER. She is Type One Diabetic and was in DKA. They took her in immediately and understood the urgency of her situation. The nurses and Dr were very friendly and caring. I will always choose Potsdam ER for now on!!!! Thank you!!!!
