The staff was very friendly, with a good sense of humor. Well except “Mr.Bones” I couldn’t get him to laugh or nothing. He takes is job very seriously. Thank you everyone for making this experience a good one
Having a sick child is difficult on many levels. The staff were amazing from the moment we walked through the door. The greeter talked to my child while we were registering. The triage nurse came right out and got us and even though my daughter is only 4, everyone spoke to her constantly trying to make her more comfortable. From the nurse with the popsicle, the dr, the tech that did her chest x-ray, and the nurse who called me this morning to check on her, each of them were very welcoming and professional. We arrived at cph in the very early morning of 4/20/2018 with my 38 week pregnant girlfriend whose water had broke (still a week from scheduled c-section) Dr. O'Garro and what i have deemed the "A" team performed the procedure It was an absolutely amazing display of knowledge, experience, and proffessionalism. Our family would like to give a big shout out to Andrew Lafrance at Potsdam hospital .He went above and beyond for the care he gave my dad he took the time to talk and explain to all of us and then decided he needed to go to Burlington. My dad got here and had surgery he had 100% blockage in his right cornerary artery and 30 % on the other and 2 stents later we can’t thank Andrew and all the nurses and the Vermont medical staff enough for all the hard work and without Andrew Lafrance we wouldn’t had found out about the block... read more
