Over an hour to have 30 seconds of blood drawn because they don't have adequate coverage in the lab on the weekends. I think maybe Massena Memorial is looking good again.
Every time we need to go there .. our treatment is amazing !!! No long waits , and always very kind and friendly !! Well worth the 25 minute drive from Massena!!!
I was brought into CPH for chest pain, I was hooked right up and then the curtain was closed and there I was for about an hour with chest pain,numbness and jaw pain. I thought I was having a heart attack. The docotor finally came I and stared what he wanted to do to help me....so I then waited, another hour wet by and the chest pain was worse. The room was too small for the # of patients getting treatments.. But the hospital has growing pains, and it takes time to get renovated.. Always love the staff here..
