I to the after hours clinic and they were not nice people .Never again !
This is a review for the Canton-Potsdam After hours Clinic in Canton. Parents bring their children to after hours clinics because they realize their children need medical attention before they can make a doctor's appointment. Last Sunday my daughter took my granddaughter, and today my daughter-in-law took my grandson to be seen at the C-P After hours Clinic in Canton. My wife took my son to the after hours clinic Because he had an upset stomach and couldn’t eat or drink much and was treated like complete garbage for doing so. The employees basically told my wife was she was a horrible mother and she’s the best mother a kid could ask for. The employees at the after hours clinic did the same things to my sister just last week. My family and I had to recent experience at Potsdam Hospital. We were met with professionalism and courtesy!! We are also looking forward to expansions I've heard the hospital is going to do your much needed in our community for jobs as well as Healthcare. Thank you for being part of our community
My son had to vist the er and i was completely happy with the quality of service we received. The staff spoke directly to my son and took thier time with him. The doctor we say took his time explaining everything to me answered all my question he did not seem rushed or make me feel like i was stupied for asking question about my son health. We where in and out in a timely manner. Extremely happy!!!!
I would like to thank the drs and nurses. They were all amazing and took great care of my daughter this past week they made sure my was in the best care. Thank you guys for everything
I would like to thank the staff at the hospital that cared for my brother during his stay here.. Special thanks to the caring nurses, aids, and house cleaning ! Also the doctors that spent many hours on the floor.
What a great hospital! I had to visit the ER today and the entire staff was amazing, very short wait time to be seen and they made sure to run all tests needed in order to properly diagnose what I had. I cannot say enough great things about this ER and hospital!! Thank you for taking such good care of me! Highly recommend�
