Two years ago I ran into trouble with my nyship insurance coverage at the urgent care on Lawrence ave. Today I was told by my sons pediatricians office he couldn't be seen and we could go there. United healthcare handles urgent care part of my plan. After being told by hospital billing people that I was covered because now the urgent care is owned by the hospital I decided to check. Loved the doctor's, nurses, anesthesiologist. I had my first surgery there which was a tonsilamy/ adenoids out, wider plate and my punching bag removed the nurses were so caring after in recovery plus when i was in my room i would go there again for surgery in the furture

My sister got rushed out of there because they where busy then my sister was trying to get dressed and the nurse flung opened the curtain with people in the hall way trying to rush her out ...all she had on was her bra and underwear so they could pit someone else in there without cleaning it they where very rude and we are not happy

Went for my ankle, treatment was fast and all staff were courteous but the woman trying to get my info asked me how it happened and I told her it was in the process of digging my truck out of the snow. she continues to tell me that my auto insurance must be billed which I thought sounded kind of weird because I didn't hurt my ankle on the truck, I hurt it falling into a hole walking around the truck. Went into the emergency room and when they asked my level of pain on a scale of 1-10 I said 10. I physically couldn't take it anymore. Well almost 5 hours later it was finally my turn to be seen. They brought me into the emergency room, and it still took doctors an additionalI 40 minutes to even check on me. I don't understand how it takes that long to see a patient. I went to the receptionist several times asking if I could just get some ibuprofen and saying how i felt dizzy and still nothing. Worst hospital experience I've... read more
