Clean and safe stay in London. Canopy is charming, but the service was mixed. Josh at reception lacked basic customer service, unable to direct us to our room simply because our card failed to go through. He left the issue with us without providing and solution or support. Thankfully, Chelsea at checkout completely changed our view with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Ismael at the coffee shop also stood out, with great coffee, polite, and well presented.
We had an excellent weekend stay at the Canopy. On arrival we received a very friendly, welcoming and efficient check-in service from Connor. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Due to a train delay, we arrived much later than planned, so ate at the hotel the first night. The food was delicious and, again, the service friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Amazing service and staff
Breakfast was great. Room clean and close to the station. Changed score to 4 as I’ve just stayed again and not sure what it is but check in was slow. Two guests behind me got seen to and left the desk before i was even done…
