I received a courtesy vehicle from Campbell Chevrolet while they fixed my car over the weekend. The car I received was a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, when I got into the car it was absolutely filthy, the floorboards were covered in grass, rocks, dirt and sunflower seeds. The seats were disgusting, candy wrappers inside the door compartment, and the car was almost completely empty with gas. Not the typical service that I receive or expect from Campbell Chevrolet. I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. LouAnna was amazing and they had me in and out and I was comfortable while I waited. I don't like dealing with car and truck stuff, but this dealership and specifically LouAnna made the experience pleasant. Thank you!

They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed and I was satisfied!!! They weren't happy unless I was. And they were patient with me. And I appreciate everyone there!
A wonderful experience all around. I was allowed to look at the cars for a bit prior to being approached. No high pressure just a listening and knowledgeable sales staff. Bought the vehicle that I wanted and the entire process was great! All the personnel from sales through finance made me feel very comfortable in my purchase.
