They have turned a new leaf. Dino provided excellent customer service, was very responsive, understanding, and attentive to my needs. I recommend everyone to come here, as they have made a lifelong customer now, even if it's just for a service or a tire rotation. Awesome experience and I will be back.

I had a really negative review and put exactly what had happened in the service department. I met with someone from the dealership today. I deleted the review afterwards. BUT, They have their opinion, I have mine. I still would not recommend the service department to anyone and still will not take my car back in for anything. I need service I can trust and this is not the place for me. BUT thanks for meeting with me to discuss the issue

Campbell Chevrolet in Bowling Green, Kentucky, showed themselves from their best side today. Wanted to get the 2nd free oil change done today, but this dealership is not standing behind what they promissed us, as the car was bought new there - 3 free oil changes. Way to go Campbell Chevrolet, that's how to loose business.
I have never been so pleased with the customer service, sales and finance department! Kerry was so helpful and patient! Especially on a Friday at 4:30! Would highly recommend them!
