I drove to Campbell Chevrolet today Feb. 11th, 2014 to look at 2 2013 vehicles. I had in mind that I would purchase one of the 2 today. The salesman was rude and anytime I asked a question he gave the impression I was bothering him. Needless to say after test driving it got worse so I left. I will buy a truck but probably not from Campbell Chevrolet.
I have always purchased my vehicles there I was in there Feb. 1 2014 CUSTOMER SERVICE was definitely lacking instead of the salesman helping us he just stared at us, what was up with that? Not how I want to be treated.....
