J.T was a great salesman, no high pressure, truthful and loyal. He helped me to have my dream car today. Great place 5 star service and treatment all the way around.
Needed a part that I would have been able to get at O Reilly for 45.00 and they charge 70 for the exact same part and when I asked about why there was such a huge mark up they lied and said it was a different brand. When he brought out the part I pointed out that it was the brand he said it wasn't and he said "well I don't know". This is not the first time I've gotten poor device for our Chevy truck. Will probably not buy GM again.

Lack of communication. Had worked out an arrangement with a service employee to have my wife drop our car off for an appointment for warranty work and get a loaner. When my wife arrived in the service department the service employee she spoke to knew nothing about the arrangement and even questioned whether she was trying to "pull a fast one".
