Rating a 1 because of the service department. They don’t tell you what things will cost up front and wait until the service work is over before telling you it isn’t covered under your warranty. I also tried to get my last free oil change, to find out it wasn’t covered under warranty AFTER I was already there. Could the scheduler not tell me that up front when I called and scheduled “my last free oil change”? Will never go back to Campbell Chevrolet after these 2 instances with service.
In and out fast for an oil change and tire rotation. The service consultant Rick Dever is an extremely nice and helpful gentleman. From the other consultants behind the desk to the lady who handled my transaction, nothing but smiles and pleasant small talk. I am a repeat customer and have no plans to ever change that!
You couldn't ask for better service. We got awesome deal.
They were very professional in handling the service on my vehicle, it was done in exceptional time and the waiting area was very relaxing in providing items of coffee and comfort snacks to those that wait to have service done to their vehicle. I would use them again, they were that good.

Can't say enough wonderful things about all of the employees in Campbell Chevrolet's service department! These people know customer service! We are from out of state and had car trouble on the way to vacation. The service department got us in right away. Rick was the first person we met...he sincerely listened to our issue to find a resolve. Our problem was not an easy fix and took some time.
