Don't be fooled! – Cameron Court is the worst place to live inside the beltline, if not all of Raleigh. Do not be fooled by the shady leasing manager or office assistant, touting the courtyard, hardwood floors, and big beautiful windows. The courtyard was a nice place WAS. Worst Apartment Ever – Everything is wrong with these apartments. From leaks to broken AC to broken windows to broken plumbing. The staff simply can't maintain them. It was a nightmare to live there as long as I did. If you are thinking about moving in because the location is "cool" and the windows are big, think again. Go read the other reviews on other sites if you don't believe this. They have the worst reputation in Raleigh.
Best Value in Downtown Raleigh – After researching all living options in downtown Raleigh, we have found Cameron Court to be the best value around. Tall Oak trees, older building has a lot of "personality". Our dog loves going for walks in the shaded courtyard. Friendly property manager, Susan, took us under our wing and even helped us move our furniture.
