I've lived at Cameron Court for about 3 1/2 years... the location is perfect! The windows, hardwoods, retro bathroom tile, and updated kitchen are awesome! Those awesome giant paned windows are really drafty though... expect your heat to be on almost constantly during <40* weather... but, honestly other than that I love living here!
Cameron Court is the best place to live in raleigh!. The huge windows are so dreamy and it is directly across the street from Trophy, which.. Is great �

I have lived here for 10 months and would happily live here again. It's perfect for someone who likes a quiet place, but also wants the option to take a stroll downtown or hit the bars on Glenwood. Beautiful courtyard perfect for playing with your pooch, or hosting an impromptu BBQ, or even having a singalong around the firepit. Not to mention the brewery and the best pizza in Raleigh right across the street!! Would recommend this place to anyone who might enjoy any of the above! :)
A retro-slum. Cameron Court has the worst maintenance of any apartment in Raleigh. Pipes leak and burst, the heating and A/C is more then 30 years old (Geoff will tell you there is nothing he can do anymore to make the 30 year old HVAC units work) and the management at the complex is shady and liars. Heating does not work. Plumbing is substandard. There is no upkeep of common areas, and the manager LIES to you about everything. Rent is outragous.
