Fantastic, responsive, proactive staff. Super cool vintage apartments (gigantic old windows, fun bathroom tile, beautiful hardwood floors.) Brand new laundry rooms. Lovely green space.
Stumbled upon this complex serendipitously, and I was thrilled to discover an open apartment in my price range and move-in timeframe. I love the vintage vibe, the huge windows and relative quiet for being less than a mile from downtown. You can't beat the location, maintenance team - who arrive early and get the job done..fast! - and general vibe of the place. Glad to live here!
My boyfriend and I moved to Shelton Apartments almost 4 years ago and have absolutely loved the experience of living downtown without killing our bank account. The nearby amenities like the Morgan St. Pharmacy, Irregardless, and Trophy Brewing are so convenient! We also love the privacy of the courtyard so you can be in downtown Raleigh while still having some peace and quiet.
The location of Cameron Court Apartments definitely is the high point. There's a lot of great spots in the neighborhood, as well as the actual community itself. You just need to be understanding of the fact that they are old buildings and that you won't have all of the same amenities of a modern complex, although the price is somewhat comparable. Excellent location, especially for the price. Conveniently located near downtown and NC State campus. AND, it’s right across from Trophy so it makes easy plans for dinner and drinks with your roommate, neighbor, or friends. Also, the staff is amazing and very responsive to tents to requests as well as providing sufficient notice for complex-wide issues and updates.
Cameron Court is such a fantastic place to live! I have been here about 2.5 years now, and I love it. The apartments have special charming characteristics, the courtyard is wonderful for dogs & hanging with friends, and it is so close to downtown & other conveniences! The office/maintenance personnel are awesome as well. Cameron Court rocks!!! 😄
I moved to Cameron Court Apartments last October, and am so glad I made the move! The location in downtown Raleigh is perfect, historic charm and a more quiet and homey atmosphere - but still walkable to the heart of downtown. Also a very pet friendly community, I love walking my dog Cooper around the courtyard!
