I moved in this past August and love it! Isabella & Julie in the office handle things and the event they put together are fun & a nice way to meet people in the neighborhood. The courtyard is beautiful and well taken care of. Looking forward to more events and meeting more of my neighbors!

Old charm in the heart of Raleigh! All hardwood floors, large sunny windows, lots of trees and green space and just a few steps to some of the best eateries and bars downtown Raleigh!
Great place to live.. but find somewhere else to do your laundry! Never any open washers or dryers.. I've had to buy 10 pairs of new underwear simply because I can never do laundry! Where exactly is my rent money going???? Hmmmm
I've been living here for almost 3 years. I have wonderful neighbors, quiet place, safe area. It's nestled in the heart of Raleigh. A wonderful place for both walking and jogging. I recommend it !
So far so good! Been here for a few weeks. Staff is fantastic! And just a quick update to this already 5 star review... been here about a year and have loved it. Julie has a fantastic group working with her... Isabella is always trying to come up with new ways to get people involved in the community, the maintenance team is quick to reply to requests. Keep up the good job!
I’ve lived in Shelton Apartments for about a year now, and I’ve loved every minute of it! The location is perfect – close enough to downtown to be central to everything, but just far enough away to feel removed from the skyscrapers and traffic. The apartments are older but have been wonderfully renovated with all hardwood floors, huge windows, new countertops and cabinets, and plenty of space – the best you can find for the price! The neighbors are great and the community has been wonderful – I recommend 100%!
