I lived here for years, you can't beat the location, staff and amenities! They're gym is beautiful and they have yoga and boot camp classes! Great experiences working with both Jenny's at the office - I Would recommend overlook to anyone :)
If I could give less than one star, I would. They put on a great show before you move in, but if you have maintenance issues once in, forget it. I have a three bedroom, two and half bath, townhouse and have had the use of one full bath for the entire length of my lease (almost two months to date) due to a variety of issues. They misrepresent what needs to be done to resolve your issues, tell you they have ordered parts that were not needed in the first place and take FOREVER to show up. Stayed 5 months. Glad to be gone. Breezeways not kept clean, VERY noisy. Floor plans in the 2BR are weird with a TINY living room, though loved the countertops in baths and the big BRs and closets. Maintenance took my oven door off that was broken but usable...and left me without an oven use for 3 weeks before they brought me one from another apt...I had to throw out food I was planning on cooking :( The most upsetting thing was paying $300 for a pet deposit...my dog only stayed one month then we had to adopt her out because... read more
We stayed here for 2 + month and really enjoyed it. Staff was to 100% friendly and the appartment was good. The place is well maintained and clean. The only small downside for a non americans was the unflexible payment with cheques.
Great place to live and convenient to so many different amenities. My only suggestion is, if you wish to tour the complex, I would reach out to Jennifer C. (Jenny). She's so accommodating and provides exceptional customer services! She's the reason why I am writing this review!
