Glad to be out. Terrible experience living here. Not only expensive for what it is, they will find a way to take more money out of you. Maintenance ppl came in without noticing that happened at least 3times. What if my girlfriend was in shower or something...stay away from this place so many better places out there!
Do not stay here especially if you owe pets. Despite the fact that you pay deposit for your pet, they will charge you carpet changing fee which could go up to $1200 (depends how much they deduct) even though you know your pets are old enough well trained and never had accidents in the apartment. Their accusations win. Stay away from this place.
This place sucks. Please don't stay here. If you are thinking about staying here please contact me and here my stories about this place. I don't won't people wasting their hard earned money here. There's so many other places to stay at in Raleigh.
My wife and I are loving it here at Camden Overlook. The office staff has been such a big help!
My favorite thing about living here is Cliff's Boot Camp! It's free for residents and has really helped me get and stay active. Cliff is extremely helpful, and you can tell he cares about seeing results in all of his trainees. We meet every Monday through Wednesday for about an hour in the evenings. Each day is different, and we use all of the great facilities Camden has to offer: the basketball court, aerobics room, gym and even the pool. Great staff at this community. Very helpful with leasing information and the maintenance crew always does a fantastic job. Amazing amenities and great location! Very accommodating towards animals and great community feel!
Lauren & Jenny were great. Despite going with a different complex at the last minute due to a rate change I was very pleased with Lauren's help during my entire process. I will definitely keep Camden properties as a consideration in the future.
I find it very hard to believe people are giving this place 4 and 5 star reviews. I'd have to talk to them personally to see what they liked so much.
