Truly an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff clearly does not care about the welfare of the tenants. during the year that I lived there, I had my car rummaged through/ broken into 4 times and when I brought these concerns to management, they told me to "park your car under a light". Who says that? How is that an appropriate response? They charge outrageous fees on the front end for pets then complement them with large fees on the backend for "damage caused by pets" when you ... read more
Terrible service for good tenants. First, our concerns about noise in the apartment above us were never addressed. Second, it took them almost a week to fix our AC issue, and when it was finally fixed, white dust/some substance came out of all of the vents and covered the floors, counters, and all of our things and there was no attempt at cleaning it. Obviously the air was checked prior to leaving our apartment, so they knew this mess occurred but did nothing to fix it and didn’t even notify us. Don’t live here!

Camden Overlook is the ideal place to live while building your own future. I fully utilize everything they have to offer and am always greeted with a smile. Walking to the clubhouse reminds me of a resort because the entire complex is well kept, beautifully green, and quiet as it sits nestled by trees in a great location in Raleigh. Camden Overlook has exceeded my expectations. I admit, I was simply looking for a roof over my head while house hunting, but have since come to enjoy all that the complex has to offer. The pool, clubhouse, and gym areas are first rate and I find myself working poolside on nice days. My neighbors are polite and professional. The maintenance staff is friendly and prompt to respond.
