My experience thus far at Camden Overlook has been tremendous. The staff has been genuine throughout the ENTIRE process. The first day here I had a minor maintenance issue within my apartment and the property manger came to fix, HUMILITY at its finest! You can tell the individuals working here truly want to provide the best experience they can. I lived in Camden for a little over a year it was hands down one of the best places I've ever lived. Everyone was extremely nice, patient and welcoming. Jennifer Segal was the best always in a great mood and ready to help in anyway that she can! Hate that I left NC's Camden none like it!!
Do not move here, complete scam!! Overcharge you for everything upon move out. I was charged for things that we had requested them to fix. Complete scam, DO NOT MOVE here!
