The 'barista' refused to give me oat milk in my latte that I had asked for as he had already made a cow milk latte. Before he poured the milk in I addressed his mistake and he mumbled and served another customer, then went ahead and poured the milk in and tried to give it to me. I said I can't drink it I'm lactose intolerant. He said we charge extra for oat but don't so a separate transaction for it.
