very bad service and very bad jewelry and owner – worst store in austin over priced. poor quality on the in house jewelers,snoby sales staff, and all around bad bad bad....they say they import their diamonds they lie they buy them from a guy in austin thats why they are so over priced...
Great customer service – I went to Calvins for a new setting for a diamond that I already owned. Sandy was fantastic and really took her time with me. She offered me lots of ideas and suggestions, and I ended up with a ring that she had even picked out. I went into the store about 3-4 times before I actually bought one and she took her time with me on each visit. Her customer service was awesome and I love my new ring!
Best On-Line Shopping Experience – I stumbled onto Calvin's website while searching for a particular jewelry designer (Gurhan) that my wife loves. Calvin's on-line selection was superior and the site was easy to navigate. However, I was still apprehensive about making an expensive jewelry purchase on-line. Great Customer service! – I was buying an engagement ring for my then girlfriend (now fiance). I'd been to a couple of other jewelry stores in town and was treated down right rude at a certain chain that I won't mention here. Best Customer Service Ever – Calvin's Fine Jewery not only sells BEAUTIFUL jewelry, but they are also a business that offers excellent customer service. I recently purchased a pair of exquisite earrings from them and the woman who handles all internet orders, Laura Edwards, was the best. She was helpful and informative and willing to assist me in any way she could. I would not hesitate to return to them for my next jewelry purchase.

Beautifully crafted jewelry & great customer service – When I walked into Calvin's I was greeted immediately. I loved that there was no pressure from any of the sales floor, and I felt comfortable enough to spend time looking for the perfect piece. wonderful service, great prices – I came in with a small budget and the sales lady (ask for Sandy) spent a lot of time with me to select the perfect diamond. We had to look at 3 different brokers but finally found the right diamond. We are a customer for life and I would not go anywhere else. We spent under $2000 and got the diamond of choice and Calvin came out personally to shake my hand, I felt like I spent $20K there. Great Internet Purchase Experience! – After a horrendous customer service experience at Solomon Brothers in my home town of Atlanta and mediocre experiences at a few other jewelers in town, I went looking online to see if I could order an engagement ring setting that I liked from a jeweler that appreciated my business and was easy to deal with.
